Let's Face It

To support a person with facial difference, look them in the eyes and smile

There are a lot of facial difference groups in Facebook. Many are for specific conditions or health concerns, some or for fund raising and philanthropy. There is a partial list at the Let's Face It blog:

I am thinking it might be nice to collect information about all the other social networks, email groups, and similar resources for persons with facial difference. The Let's Face It website has been collecting this for web pages, but has not systematically collected it for social networks or email groups. If folks want to add to this list here, we can either add it to the web site or perhaps start a wiki that people can edit and update themselves.

I am hoping that at some point we'll reach a kind of critical mass on one of the social sites, but in the meantime will post news and announcements. Feel free to do the same! I'll try to repost in various places if I see something here.

Many thanks!
